As a lifelong fan of reggae legends UB40 I fulfilled my dream of performing my idols music. In 1996 I auditioned for Stars in their eyes as UB40 frontman Ali Campbell.

In 1998 i pursued my one man tribute show, touring clubs and pubs around the North West where i was then living.

In 2004 i moved to Birmingham the home of UB40 where i became the founder member and vocalist of reggae band Johnny2bad.

Me and the band had performed to sell out crowds all over the UK and Holland, venues included Centreparcs,The Robin, named the biggest and most respected music venue in the Midlands, Butlins where we performed alongside names like, Bad Manners, The Beat, The Specials, Pato Banton, Apache Indian, Bucks Fizz, Musical Youth, Aswad and many more.

During my time with j2b we recorded an album called Uncovered with a double A side single release ,No more Heartaches/Fat girl, which i perform sometimes at gigs

3 years into the band, i decided to retire after finding love in the South with Sarah who is now my wife.

Due to a good following in and around Medway, i decided to go out on the road again as an individual artist and recreate the sounds of UB40.

My 1 man show consists of over 27 years of hits in a show lasting over 2 hours.

SO BOOK AND ENJOY THE UB40 EXPERIENCE
